As all scooters and petrol powered pocket bikes, quads, and carts have an inherent risk of injury; this company is not liable for any harm caused by any of our products. Customers take full liability for any injury that they may incur as a result of using our products and must acknowledge this by ticking the acceptance box found at checkout.

Warranty.
All our products have a 3 day warranty and a 30 days parts warranty. If a product proves faulty, contact us immediately. Should a part be needed, forward a copy of your invoice together with a brief description of the fault. Parts, if needed, will be sent free of charge.

Should the product need to be returned for repair within the warranty period, costs of delivery to and from the workshop must be borne by the customer.

Please note that if we find the cause to be due to wear and tear or abuse, the customer will also incur a parts and labour charge.

Returns and Refunds

If faulty, a product may be returned within the warranty period but delivery will be at the customers expense. We advise that only insured couriers be used that can give you proof of delivery. A refund will only apply should the workshop be unable to repair the product and only while it is still under warranty.

Damage Policy.

All our products are vigorously tested and packed and leave in perfect condition. Customers should not accept products if the carton or the product is damaged in any way and should notify us immediately.

Price

We take reasonable measures to ensure that the prices set out in the website are correct. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices shown on the product pages do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately and details are given to you before you are asked to confirm your order.
