Workshop

Our fully staffed 5000sq ft workshop equipped with all tools etc for all the products we sell. We charge a very reasonable rate for this service. Please note this is a very busy workshop and all jobs must be booked in before you arrive. Repair turn around is aprox 2 weeks and technical knowledge is only a phone call away and we will do our very best to help you.

Delivery

Very Important. We use only the best couriers for our delivery system and have been using them for over 6 years and while it may cost a little more you can be sure of receiving the goods in a fast and perfect condition. When you see “free delivery” or “very cheap delivery” – be very aware, cheap delivery means just that !

Products

We are sole distributors of the products we sell All are made specially for us to our specs. In fact , a few we have designed ourselves. Its taken us over 10 years to find the good ones.

If you see a product elsewhere that looks similar – its not a MadCat - its not ours - it’s a copy.

People have often come to us with problems with imported quads etc they have purchased elsewhere, most had very poor welding, cheap and nasty engines, brakes that do not work, shocks that do not work, chains the break easily etc etc.

If you see one with remote control cut out. These are disastrous. We know we sold a few some years ago. If the remote breaks down and we know it will. This we found out to our own cost. It is a major job to repair the quad when this occurs as most of the quads will require a complete rewire.

Most small importers stay in the business for 6 months and then they disappear. Just be careful – its your money.
